What began as a vision for Kothrud now spans a city.
What began in 2017 as a vision to introduce exceptional fine dining to Kothrud has flourished into a thriving collection of restaurants and culinary ventures. White Copper Hospitality made its mark with Barometer, quickly becoming a beloved dining destination in Pune.
Building on this success, we expanded with NIPR, now one of the city's most popular bars, followed by Baobab, elevating fine dining to new heights. Our journey continued with Dehaati, a celebration of rustic Indian flavours.
As we continue to soar, we're thrilled to have acquired Innvenue Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. in 2024. Today our portfolio includes Incognito, Polka Dots, Iron Bar & Grill and the iconic Baker's Basket, along with pioneers in catering, KeyLime Catering & Bar Services — each contributing to our commitment to exceptional culinary experiences.
